WHEN COMPUTERS ARE WORKED ON OR PARTS ARE DIAGNOSED THAT ARE NOT PURCHASED FROM ADVANCEDCCC, PROBLEMS FALL BASICALLY INTO 2 CATAGORIES. SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE.

SOFTWARE
IF THE PROBLEM IS SOFTWARE RELATED OR OPERATING SYSTEM RELATED AND ADVANCEDCCC WORKS ON THESE PROBLEMS AND CHARGES FOR THEM , ADVANCEDCCC COVERS (GIVES A WARRANTY ONLY FOR) THE PROCEEDURE FOLLOWED (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A SECOND WARRANTY WHERE INFORMATION IS GIVEN AHEAD) . A BASIC EXAMPLE OF THIS FOLLOWS.
THE MOST ELUSIVE PROBLEM ON COMPUTERS IS A 'FREEZE" OR "LOCKUP" PROBLEM. CERTAIN PROCEEDURES ARE FOLLOWED TO ATTEMPT TO ELIMINATE THE FREEZE. MANY TIMES WHATS CAUSING THE FREEZE IS NOT IMMEDIATLY EVIDENT. THE FIRST STEP IS USUALLY ALWAYS A VIRUS AND MALWARE SCAN FROM OUTSIDE OF WINDOWS. THE FOLLOWING EXAMPLE ANSWERS SOME QUESTIONS ON THIS FIRST STEP OF TROUBLESHOOTING FREEZES.

IN THIS CASE ADVANCEDCCC COVERS (GIVES A WARRANTY FOR) THAT THE CUSTOMERS COMPUTER IS VIRUS AND MALWARE FREE. NO OTHER PROBLEMATIC VARIABLES ARE COVERED FOR THIS PARTICULAR CHARGE. YOU ARE PAYING FOR A SCAN AND REMOVAL PROCEEDURE.
ADVANCEDCCC'S UNIQUE SECONDARY SOFTWARE / OPERATING SYSTEM WARRANTY
IF, AT THE CONCLUSION OF OTHER OR ALL PROCEEDURES TO TRY TO ELIMINATE FREEZING (AND ADVANCEDCC WILL CHARGE FOR THESE PROCEEDURES) , THE COMPUTER STILL LOCKS UP, ADVANCEDCCC WILL GIVE A SECOND WARRANTY THAT INCLUDES A FREE FORMAT AND REINSTALL OF THE WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM USING THE COA FROM THE CUSTOMER. IN OTHER WORDS, THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE A LEGAL CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY FOR THE OPERATING SYSTEM TO SHOW ITS A LEGAL COPY. A LOT OF CASES OF FREEZING CAN ONLY BE RESOLVED IN THIS MANNER. THIS FORMAT AND REINSTALL ONLY COVERS BASIC REINSTALL OF THE OPERATING SYSTEM, ALL SYSTEM DRIVERS, ONE PRINTER DRIVER, AND MAKING SURE THE COMPUTER IS ABLE TO GET ONLINE. ALL ELSE IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY (SUCH AS SERVICE PACKS, NETWORK SETTINGS, PERSONAL SETTINGS, AND ANY AND ALL OTHER PROGRAMS AND UTILITIES) . IF THIS FREE PROCEEDURE IS DONE AT A DIFFERENT TIME FROM THE ORIGINAL SERVICE WORK, WHICH WAS PERFORMED AT THE CUSTOMERS HOME, THE COMPUTER MUST BE DELIVERED TO ADVANCEDCCC'S SHOP. THIS FREE OFFER IS GOOD ONLY FOR A PERIOD OF 3 DAYS AFTER THE CUSTOMERS COMPUTER HAS BEEN SERVICED.
ADVANCEDCCC KNOWS OF NO OTHER SERVICE COMPANY THAT WARRANTS THIER WORK IN THIS MANNER. WE ARE UNIQUE IN THIS INDUSTRY BECAUSE OF THESE WARRANTIES.

HARDWARE
YOUR HARDWARE IS NOT COVERED IN ANY MANNER BY ADVANCEDCCC, EVEN IF ADVANCEDCCC DOES BASIC HARDWARE TROUBLESHOOTING OR DIAGNOSTICS AND CHARGES FOR THE RESULTS OF THESE DIAGNOSTICS. IN OTHER WORDS, IF SOFTWARE ANALYSIS / REPAIRS AND HARDWARE TROUBLESHOOTING OR DIAGNOSTICS ARE PERFORMED AND THE COMPUTER STILL EXHIBITS PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM INTERMITTENT OR OTHERWISE UNRESOLVED HARDWARE PROBLEMS, THE CUSTOMER IS STILL RESPONSIBLE, IN COST, FOR THE TIME IT TOOK TO DO THE SOFTWARE / TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES.THE CUSTOMER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS INVOLVED FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACMENT OF BAD HARDWARE FOUND, IF THE CUSTOMER DECIDES TO HAVE SUCH HARDWARE REPAIRED BY ADVANCEDCCC.
