SYSTEM WARRANTY (LABOR) INFO

ALL PARTS HAVE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES ONLY, WHICH MEANS, THAT THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER TAKES CARE OF THE WARRANTY (THE COSTS INVOLVED WITH THE ACTUAL HARDWARE) FOR THE PART IN QUESTION.

ADVANCED COMPUTER WILL COVER ONLY LABOR COSTS FOR PARTS IN A SYSTEM FOR THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THAT PART (AS DETERMINED BY THE MANUFACTURER), IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS DUE TO MANUFACTURER DEFECTS (ONLY ADVANCED COMPUTER AND OR THE MANUFACTURER WILL DETERMINE IF THE ITEMS ARE MANUFACTURER DEFECTS). DAMAGE FROM POWER SURGE OR LIGHTENING IS NOT COVERED AND THE MANUFACTURER CAN TELL IF THIS IS THE CASE.

1)THE PROCEEDURE FOR THE BUYER FOR PARTS UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY IS TO SHIP THE SYSTEM BACK TO ADVANCEDCCC (AFTER OBTAINING AN RMA--SEE PARTS WARRANTY FOR DETAILS), SHIPPING CHARGES TO ADVANCEDCCC IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY.

2) ALSO, SHIPPING CHARGES (FOR THE AFFECTED PART) TO AND FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND SHIPPING CHARGES BACK TO THE CUSTOMER, MAY, IN SOME CASES BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. (PLEASE CALL FOR THE COST OF THESE CHARGES).

3) AND WE (ADVANCED COMPUTER) ,AT THE CUSTOMERS APPROVAL, WILL REMOVE THE PART PROFESSIONALLY AND THEN SEND IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER. WHEN PART(S) RETURN, ADVANCED COMPUTER WILL REINSTALL, LABOR FREE AND THEN SHIP THE SYSTEM BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO MONITORS, MONITORS ARE WARRANTIED BY THE MANUFACTURER ONLY AS THERE ARE NO USER REPLACABLE PARTS, THE ENTIRE MONITOR HAS TO BE SHIPPED DIRECT TO AND FROM ITS MANUFACTURER BY THE CUSTOMER.. ADVANCED COMPUTER WILL NOT LABOR OR PARTS WARRANTY MONITORS, WHICH MEANS THAT IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILTY)

4)IF A PART HAPPENS TO REQUIRE FURTHER OPERATIONS(FOR INSTANCE, OS OR DRIVER INSTALLATION,OR OTHER CONFIGURATIONS, THIS COST MAY BE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE CUSTOMER(CALL FOR DETAILS). PLEASE NOTE: PROGRAM AND OS MALFUNCTIONS ARE NOT TYPICALLY COVERED BY MY LABOR WARRANTY.

THE CUSTOMER ALSO HAS THE OPTION OF REMOVING THE AFFECTED PART AND SHIPPING IT ,TO AND FROM,AT THE CUSTOMERS COST, DIRECT TO ITS MANUFACTURER, FOLLOWING THE MANUFACTURER'S RMA POLICIES. IN THIS CASE, ADVANCEDCCC WILL HAVE NO FURTHER RESPONSIBILTIES CONCERNING THE PART AFFECTED AND THE SYSTEM INVOLVED. ADVANCEDCCC WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE TELEPHONE SUPPORT HOWEVER AT THE CUSTOMER'S COST(FOR THE PHONE CALL),

IF YOU BUY A SYSTEM FROM ME AND DECIDE YOU WANT AN UPGRADE ON AN INDIVIDUAL PART IN THAT SYSTEM, THE PART WILL BE CONSIDERED "USED". UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, I MIGHT ACCEPT THE PART BY "BUYING IT BACK". IT HAS TO BE UNDERSTOOD THAT I WOULD BE "BUYING BACK" YOUR USED PART AND 'SELLING" YOU A NEW PART. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR DETAILS.IF A PART HAPPENS TO REQUIRE FURTHER OPERATIONS(FOR INSTANCE, OS OR DRIVER INSTALLATION,OR OTHER CONFIGURATIONS, THIS COST IS THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE CUSTOMER.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY UNDER VERY "SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES" WILL I ACCEPT AN ENTIRE SYSTEM AS A "BUY BACK" AND ADVANCEDCCC WILL HAVE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF ASSIGNING THE BUY AND SELL BACK PRICES.

.IT IS ALSO UNDERSTOOD THAT BEFORE BUYBACKS ARE ACCEPTED, THAT A PROCESS OF EVALUATION FOR THE PARTS/SYSTEMS MUST OCCUR.
