Do you need immediate service on your computer? We are not talking about setting a time and place where we can come to your location and service your computer, we are talking about immediate service "over the internet". Well, the time has come where Advanced CCC has obtained and configured special servicing software that allows for just such a circumstance.

Heres how all this works.......This advanced software is not "installed" on your computer, but rather, placed there and activated to connect your home or office computer to our server for immediate servicing. We "see" your computer's desktop on our server. Our server is in our office.

Once we have your desktop visible on our office server, we have complete control of your computer and almost all (95%) of your programs, utilities and configurations.

If the problem/s are not too involved, we can have your computer back in shape in a jiffy! Some other problems may take a little longer and some will not be servicible via this method and will have to be scheduled for service at your location.

But its worth a shot, being that our connection fee is very low and our rates for service are very competitive! If we cant fix your computer over the internet using this method, only the connection fee is applicable and we can then suggest the method for repair and the estimate.
