WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
NEW PARTS WARRANTIES (PURCHASED FROM ADVANCEDCCC)
If you accept delivery of goods from us, you agree to abide by TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained herein: (A) If for any reason you are disatisfied with an individual part,(THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SYSTEMS"SYSTEM WARRANTIES") certain items may be returned for store credit within 10 days of invioce date at a 25% restocking fee (minimum restocking fee is $25.00 for total return packages of less than 5 lbs and $50.00 for heavy items like monitors), upon the following conditions: (1)Certian items returned for Store Credit must be in original resale-able condition with all original packing, manuals, software, and accessories. All items must be AUTHORIZED (see below). (2) All warrantees are voided if any returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, opened "sealed" packages or altered in any way. (items must be in pristene condition--resale-able condition) (3)Customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns.Also, on qualified store credit returns where the items are determined to be "not in resalable condition" once recieved, the items will be returned to the customer and special charges will apply that include frieght charges collect. (4)We are not responsible for any incompatibility issues. (5)All products are under manufacturers warranty, This means that if the product has been opened and installed and does not operate per manufacturers specifications, some of these items are subject to return directly to the manufacturer and in some cases it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to do this, in other cases Advanced Computer will contact the manufacturer and return the item(s). Call for info. (6)Any wrong, missing, or damaged item that has been shipped to you, should be reported to RMA department within 24 hours via E-mail or telephone # above.Please note: Certain items are highly discounted and will not have all original packing materials, manuals or add on items. (7)If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. (8)All software sales are final through us. (9)The following items carry manufacturer's warranty (some limited): monitors, hard drives, printers, scanners, retail CPUs, retail video cards, retail sound cards, retail rewritables, retail recordables, all software, Intel motherboards, and other retail products. (10) limited warranty(usually 1 year) on motherboards , CD-ROMs, OEM CD rewritables, OEM video cards, OEM sound cards, memories, keyboards, mice, power supply, cases, network cards, and hubs. (11)If confused about the manufacturers warrenty period, call us, we will supply you with the correct times that you bought the items.Dont forget to fill out any waranty info that the manufacturer of the part requires---or---go to thier website to see what has to be done to insure warranty verification
(12)Again,all Shipping and handling charges originating from the reciever of the product is the recievers responsibility.Returns
(A) Authorization numbers may be given only to products which are currently under warranty. (1)Customer is responsible for proper packaging of AUTHORIZED returns. All returns and warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged, and items may be either not accepted, returned to the customer (frieght and shipping charges collect) or the customer will be charged for appropriate packaging. Please consult a local shipping company if you need advice for proper shipping proceedures. (2)Customers must request an AUTHORIZATION # from Advanced Computer prior to returning qualified merchandise to ADVANCED COMPUTER.AUTHORIZATION number is deemed effective for only 5 days including the day of issue. (3)Authorizations will be accepted for qualified store credit returns ONLY(see above for qualifications) . Again, for products not conforming to manufacturers specifications or otherwise a manufacturers defect, please see step 5. (4)Call above # for Authorization # and Please place the Authorization # on the outside of the shipping box before returning it to us.
